This Japanese tachi is a high-end handcrafted collector’s piece inspired by classical samurai sword traditions, created for display, ceremonial appreciation, and refined collection.
The blade is forged from 1065 high-carbon steel and treated with a traditional blue tempering process. It is shaped in classic Shinogi-zukuri style with a full tang construction, then heat-treated using a Ma Fei furnace process followed by controlled tempering to enhance structural stability and visual depth.
The fittings are crafted from copper and brass, paired with a cotton-silk wrapped handle layered over genuine rayskin. The scabbard is made from hardwood with a high-hardness lacquer finish, complemented by natural wood components and a genuine silk sageo, reflecting traditional Japanese aesthetics.
This piece is ideal as a premium display sword, cultural collectible, or distinguished gift for leaders, elders, or serious sword collectors.
Intended for collection and display purposes only.
