1. Policy Overview

At LOONGSWORD, we stand behind the quality of our premium blades. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return most items for a refund or exchange, subject to the terms below.

2. Return Window

You have 14 calendar days from the date you receive your item to initiate a return. To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags and in its original packaging.

3. Excluded Items

  • Custom or personalized swords – handcrafted to order cannot be returned.
  • Clearance sale items marked “Final Sale”.
  • ❌ Any item not in its original condition, damaged or missing parts.

4. Return Process

  1. Contact us within 14 days at service@chinese-sword.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We will provide you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions.
  3. Ship the item back to our warehouse, clearly marking the RMA on the outside of the package.
  4. Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you about approval or rejection.

5. Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our error (you received a defective or incorrect item).

6. Refunds

Upon approval, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional days to post the refund to your account.
