Refunds, returns and cancellations
Our refund and return policy is applicable only if the item is received with a defect, is damaged, or significantly differs from the description. To assist us in processing your request, we may request photos or other supporting documents to properly assess the issue and find a suitable solution.
If your refund or exchange is approved, you will receive detailed instructions on how to proceed with the return. In the case of a refund, the funds will be returned to the same payment method used for the purchase.
The customer will be responsible for covering the shipping costs for returns.
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order. Our objective is to ship all orders within 24-48 business hours upon receipt. If you contact us after the order has been shipped, we will be unable to cancel it.
Please note that if we have already commenced the forging process for your Katana, a refund cannot be issued as there are associated costs involved.
Quality and Manufacturing Guarantee:
Should you encounter any quality or workmanship issues with our products, please contact us immediately. We will assess and, at our discretion, repair or replace the item. Please be aware that products that have been abused are not eligible for this warranty. While our site describes the products as accurately as possible, occasional slight variations in measurement, color, or design may occur.
Any action taken regarding unintentional errors in description, price, or availability is at our discretion.
We may request the buyer to perform tests on the item to rule out any misuse. The buyer is responsible for conducting the tests properly.
All returns must include a tracking number.
In the event that the return is confirmed to be due to a manufacturing issue or error on our part, we will cover all costs, including the item price and shipping costs. If the return is not attributed to a manufacturing issue or error on our part, the buyer will be responsible for the return and shipping costs.
The item must be returned in new condition and with all original packaging, accessories, manuals, etc. If these conditions are not met, the return will be rejected by our warehouse and sent back to you.
Once the returned goods are received by the seller, the replacement or refund will be processed within 3-5 business days.
We strongly recommend using a service with a tracking number for locating return packages.
Product returns can be initiated by the buyer within 30 days of the purchase date.
Damaged or defective products do not incur a restocking fee. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
For damage caused by improper use, assembly, disassembly, or sharpening of the product, we are not responsible for returns or exchanges.
